INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

$145- 50 minutes

For adults 18+ who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move forward in a way that feels grounded and authentic. Whether you’re questioning your purpose, career, or relationships, or struggling with self-esteem, self-doubt can create anxiety and leave you feeling unsettled and disconnected.

I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore what is- and isn’t- serving you, clarify your values, and support you in moving forward in a way that honors who you are.

COUPLES THERAPY

$160- 50 minutes

For couples who are feeling disconnected and ready to rebuild understanding and security. You may be struggling with communication, feeling misunderstood, or stuck in the same patterns that leave both of you frustrated or alone- especially when differences in culture, family backgrounds, or life transitions add another layer of complexity.

In therapy, I support couples in slowing down these patterns, understanding each other (and themselves) more deeply, and learning how to communicate in ways that feel safe, intentional, and connecting.

COUPLES INTENSIVES

$3,150- 13 hours of therapy over 3 days

For couples who feel stuck and want to reconnect in a deeper, more focused way. If you’ve been caught in the same long-standing challenges, feeling distant, or struggling to understand each other- a couples intensive offers the time and space to truly focus on your relationship in a supportive setting .

Over three dedicated days, we slow things down, get to the heart of what’s been keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect in ways that feel more understanding, safe, and meaningful- often creating progress that might otherwise take months in weekly therapy.

FAQ

  • I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, and continuity of care.

  • Possibly. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

I am happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. However, I unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will be accepted and reimbursed.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.

  • I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available depending on current availability.

  • The first step is scheduling a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit and to discuss next steps.

  • As of January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
